Lord Vishnu being the ultimate source of strength for everyone in the cosmos is beautifully described in this verse of Srimad Bhāgavatam
7.8.7
śrī-prahlāda uvāca
na kevalaṁ me bhavataś ca rājan sa vai balaṁ balināṁ cāpareṣām pare ‘vare ‘mī sthira-jaṅgamā ye brahmādayo yena vaśaṁ praṇītāḥ
Not only for me (me) and you (bhavataḥ ca), O King (rājan) He (the Supreme Lord) is indeed the strength (balaṁ) of the strong (balināṁ) and of all other weak beings as well (apareṣām)
All entities, whether exalted (pare), subordinate (avare), moving (jaṅgamā), or non-moving (sthira)
Including Lord Brahma and others (brahmādayo), are brought under control (vaśaṁ praṇītāḥ) by Him
Bammera Potana beautifully adapted this exact Sanskrit verse into his Telugu verse:
బలయుతులకు దుర్భలులకు బల మెవ్వఁడు? నీకు నాకు బ్రహ్మాదులకున్ బల మెవ్వఁడు ప్రాణులకును బల మెవ్వం డట్టి విభుఁడు బలమసురేంద్రా!
